Highland Smoked Salmon is located at the western end of the Great Glen at the foot of Ben Nevis; outside the historic town of Fort William.
We are a privately owned specialist smokehouse that has for over a quarter of a century been manufacturing and supplying the finest quality Smoked Salmon to meet the expectations of our customers. The business has developed and grown based on this reputation, with our products currently exported and enjoyed throughout the World. In response to our customer needs we have expanded our portfolio to include other salmon products including Gravadlax, Hot Smoked and Poached Salmon as well as Raw fillets and portions making us true experts in our field.
Highland Smoked Salmon has made major investment in new smoking kilns, filleting, slicing and packaging technologies to deliver traditional naturally smoked products produced from the burning of Oak and Beech Logs and/or smouldering wood chip coupled with state of the art slicing and packing.The factory has consistently retained BRC Accreditation at 'A' grade for the last 6 years and is approved for the production of Organic Salmon products making Highland Smoked Salmon a serious market leader in the traditional, ancient craft of Smoking.
